Welcome to my Photographer Bio! I thought you might to know a little about me. So, here goes! I was born in New Orleans, LA, and as a “Navy Brat” soon moved to the Central Coast of California, where I did most of my growing up. Then I moved to Washington State where I met my wonderful husband. Shortly after our marriage we moved to San Diego, courtesy of the U.S. Marine Corps. We have two adorable and energetic children, who are my light and inspiration. Since being a Marine Corps family we have moved from San Diego to Beaufort, SC which we absolutely love. I find endless backdrops for my work in the Lowocuntry.

My interest in photography I owe in great part to my husband’s support and encouragement. He witnessed my fascination in capturing our children’s day to day progress and endless goofy expressions, and got me my first “real camera.” From the very first day I was hooked! I love everything about photography, from the technical side to the simple fact that I am able to capture a single moment in a person’s life to be remembered forever.

In addition to my family and photography I am an avid equestrian. I have ridden since I could walk and this passion has followed me throughout my life. Now I am able to share this love with my own children as well as teach others!
